1. Agreement to Terms

By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree to any of the Terms, you may not use our services.

2. SMS Communications & A2P 10DLC Compliance

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Alamo Rose Studios regarding your inquiries, bookings, and relevant service updates.

• Consent: You must explicitly opt-in to receive SMS messages. We do not use bundled consent.
• Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to our number. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
• Help: If you experience issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly by contacting us.
• Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

3. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Alamo Rose Studios and its licensors. Our services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Alamo Rose Studios, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
